Pre-courses and Orientation Days
The University offers online pre-courses in three subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
The aim of these courses is to help future students refresh their knowledge of the basics in each subject, familiarize themselves with the relevant terminology, and expand scientific vocabulary.
These courses are mandatory for all students who are conditionally accepted. Each accepted candidate will receive three individual access codes to the pre-course platform via e-mail
The course fee is non-refundable (€600.00) even if your resign from your place after accepting it.
The online courses will run for approximately five months, with the final day scheduled for 15.01.2026.
Each subject will have its own dedicated supervisor. Please refer to the supervisors’ recommendations for each subject.
The courses are based on Pearson textbooks. Your individual access code for the Pearson platform will remain valid for 24 months, allowing you to continue using the textbooks and revising the material at any time during your first and second year of studies.
Orientation Days (15–19 September 2025) are strongly recommended.
The aim of Orientation Days is to equip incoming students with the essential information and skills needed for a smooth transition into academic life. Activities will include:
- brief review of Biology, Physics, and Chemistry
- meeting with the Dean’s Office
- introduction to basic Polish language
- information how to use the University Library
